If you found out that the wrong item has been sent to you, please contact our customer service immediately. Please do not open the wrongly sent product and use it. Once opened, it will be considered sold.
Goods purchased are not returnable, or exchangeable except for cases such as:
1. Damaged goods due to delivery
2. Wrong item sent
3. Manufacturing defect
4. Lost during delivery
Any refunds process should be done within seven days upon receiving the product. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Bimyou Creations will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 30 days after the confirmation.
